
In a world where change is constant- if you want your organisation to remain relevant, then standing still is not an option.
Faced with such urgency, the temptation is to react to every need, power after every opportunity- and actually, maybe end up trying to do everything at once, therefore failing to achieve enough!

The good news is- it doesn’t have to be this way. Through a ‘Theory of Change’ Workshop I will invite you and your team to ‘take a step back’, revisiting your ultimate mission and then ‘working back’ through the objectives that will best serve that mission, in order finally to identify the priority action areas where you can direct energy to achieve optimal impact.
Sound simple? Because it is, in essence. Will it be easy? Perhaps not all the way through, as I will invite robust dialogue which may challenge assumptions, reveal differing perspectives, and embolden not-so-often-heard voices to come forward. The process will, however, result worthwhile- as you will emerge from it stronger as a team, with a renewed sense of purpose- focussed together on the common goal.
